URPC is registered and headquartered in Kampala, Uganda, with our primary focus on developing renewable energy projects across the country. Uganda offers compelling fundamentals for clean energy investment:

Regional Expansion Mandate

While Uganda remains our core market, URPC has a mandate to identify and develop replicable project models across East Africa, including:

Kenya – C&I solar and mini-grid opportunities
Tanzania – Utility-scale solar and agricultural applications
Rwanda – Mini-grids and productive-use energy
South Sudan – Energy access and humanitarian energy solutions

We leverage our Uganda experience to de-risk project development in neighboring markets, partnering with local developers, governments, and communities to adapt our models to regional contexts.
