Ultron Renewable Power Company Ltd. (URPC)

Commercial Solutions

Reliable, cost-competitive power for revenue-critical sites. URPC delivers solar PV and hybrid PV+BESS solutions tailored for commercial operators where downtime, voltage instability, and diesel dependency directly impact revenue, customer experience, and equipment life. We design each system to reduce energy cost, improve power quality, and provide practical resilience—supported by structured financing pathways and long-term O&M.

Ideal for

• Banks and financial institutions
• Shopping malls and retail centres
• Fuel stations and forecourts
• Hotels, restaurants, event venues
• Office buildings and mixed-use developments
• Warehouses, distribution centres, cold chain “front-end” facilities

What we deliver

• PV-only systems for cost reduction where grid stability is acceptable
• Hybrid PV + BESS for ride-through, peak shaving, and backup power for critical loads
• Diesel integration (where existing gensets are retained) to minimise runtime and fuel burn
• Power quality and protection: proper earthing, protection coordination, surge protection, and voltage stabilisation design where needed
• Metering & performance verification: revenue-grade/diagnostic metering, remote monitoring, reporting, and SLA-based O&M
• Bidirectional / hybrid-compatible metering where export or hybrid operational modes require compliant measurement and settlement design (subject to utility approvals)

Typical commercial scope

• Site assessment and load profiling (bills + operational schedule + key equipment)
• PV sizing based on available area and operating hours (daytime load alignment)
• Battery sizing based on critical load strategy (minimum ride-through vs true backup)
• Integration at LV or MV level with compliant protections and isolation
• Monitoring stack (SCADA-lite for commercial): alarms, dashboards, performance analytics
• Optional EV-charging readiness assessment for suitable sites

Commercial delivery models

URPC supports multiple contracting pathways depending on your governance and financing requirements:
• EPC (Capex purchase): supply + install + commissioning with optional O&M contract
• Financed solution: customer contributes 10–30%, balance financed (subject to eligibility and lender terms); O&M becomes obligatory for the tenor
• Energy-as-a-Service (where feasible): URPC/SPV can own and operate the asset with a service payment structure (subject to credit and site fundamentals)

O&M approach for commercial clients

We operate with an asset-management mindset:
• First 6 months O&M free (handover and performance stabilisation)
• Thereafter, indicative 1–2% of system CAPEX per year, billed monthly or annually, aligned to SLA scope
• Preventive maintenance, performance reporting, fault response, and spare-parts planning
• Remote monitoring and escalation supported by URPC’s evolving Command & Control Centre capability

Outcomes you should expect

• Lower blended energy cost and reduced diesel exposure
• Improved stability (fewer nuisance trips, better voltage quality)
• Reduced equipment maintenance and premature replacement caused by unstable supply
• Better customer experience and higher operational continuity for revenue hours
• Credible project documentation suitable for lenders and insurers
