About URPC

Our Origin

Ultron Renewable Power Company (URPC) was established in 2023 as a Special Purpose Vehicle by Apsay Group and Star Hub Power to originate, structure, and implement renewable energy projects across Uganda and the broader East African region.
Recognizing the critical need for de-risked, investment-grade clean energy infrastructure, our founding shareholders created URPC as a dedicated platform to bridge the gap between capital availability and bankable project execution. We combine deep local market knowledge with international best practices in project development, financing, and operations.
URPC operates as an independent entity with professional governance, transparent processes, and a mandate to deliver measurable impact alongside financial returns.
