Leads group-level strategy, partnerships, and programme development, aligning URPC’s growth agenda with bankable deployment models, lender requirements, and long-term operational scalability.
Owns end-to-end operational execution across EPC delivery readiness, quality assurance, commissioning governance, and the transition into long-term O&M, with accountability for timelines, cost control, and site performance.
Drives origination, sector engagement, and client acquisition across commercial, industrial, and productive-use segments, including early-stage screening, pipeline conversion, and partner coordination.
Provides legal structuring and transaction support across contracting, risk allocation, regulatory compliance, and lender-facing documentation, including development-stage diligence packs and enforceable O&M frameworks.
Supports financial structuring, investment readiness, and lender engagement, including modelling assumptions, affordability logic, and bankability packaging for URPC project opportunities.
Leads finance operations and human capital governance, including budgeting, internal controls, treasury discipline, HR policy, and operational resourcing to support scale-up and performance accountability.
Leads field execution for PV and PV+BESS deployments, including installation quality control, commissioning support, fault diagnostics, and preventive maintenance delivery. Ensures site works comply with URPC technical standards, HSE requirements, and documented handover procedures.
